EAST NORRITON — Laurel House has announced its upcoming 25th Annual Gala to bring together supporters and community leaders for a night of dining, dancing, live and silent auctions while honoring outstanding community members for their service to the mission of Laurel House.
The event will be held on April 13 at the Sheraton Valley Forge, 480 N. Gulph Road in King of Prussia.
Featured guests at the gala will include 2024 Honoree CBIZ, Inc. CBIZ professionals have had a presence on the Laurel House Board of Directors for 15 years, providing invaluable accounting and business expertise while also serving in various leadership positions.
The gala’s 2024 Honoree will be Dominic and Karen Conicelli, The Three Little Angels Foundation. Through their foundation, the Conicellis have been longtime supporters of Laurel House and other great causes throughout the community. Karen Conicelli previously served on the Laurel House Board of Directors.
Resiliency Awardee will be Cherie, a woman who has shown incredible strength and resilience in her journey.
Entertainment will be provided by Jeff Hammond. With nearly 20 years of experience as a professional licensed auctioneer, Hammond brings high energy and top-notch entertainment to the evening. Also performing will be DJ Perry Angelozz, a celebrity entertainer with more than 29 years’ experience.
Doors open to ticket holders at 6 p.m., with an exclusive pre-event VIP meet and greet beginning at 5:30 p.m. for qualifying corporate sponsors. Guests will have to opportunity to bid on more than 100 silent auction items and five live auction items.
Individual Tickets and Sponsorships and Corporate Sponsorships for the Gala and Auction are now available for purchase. Individual tickets are $250 and sponsorships begin at $350.
Laurel House is Montgomery County’s only comprehensive domestic violence agency, and is headquartered in East Norriton, with a ‘Safe Haven’ shelter in Upper Gwynedd. Since opening their doors in 1980 as an emergency shelter and hotline, the agency has expanded to include transitional housing, community counseling, legal services, medical advocacy, law enforcement collaboration, community education, and a children’s program.
