Lankenau Medical Center is holding its annual golf invitational at the prestigious Gulph Mills Golf Club, King of Prussia, PA, on June 5th. The Lankenau Women’s Board invites golfers of every skill level to come out for the invitational. Funds raised from the event will support patient-care, research, and community initiatives. At this time, there are still openings for more golfers to sign-up with the goal of filling as many foursomes as possible.
“Gulph Mills offers stunning views and challenging play and is among the most exclusive golf destinations on the Main Line,” said Terry Miller, one of this year’s event co-chairs. “It’s a fun day for the golfers and the funds raised truly make a difference in patient care and community outreach programs.”
There is also a need for additional sponsors and there are several sponsorship opportunities still available. “If you are a local business, we ask you to please consider becoming a tournament sponsor,” said Charlotte Mackey, event co-chair. “While enjoying a round of golf, sponsors can promote their business and commitment to the community—it’s a win/win situation.”
Registration begins at 11:00 am followed by lunch and a shotgun start at 1 pm. A cocktail reception and buffet dinner are also included.
