Ardmore’s ‘Black Moth’ to host Star Wars art show

Tattoo parlor and gallery featured in May 31 reception

The Black Moth Tattoo Parlor and Gallery at 18 East Lancaster Avenue in Ardmore will host “Droids and Sabers: a Star Wars Art Show” from May 1st through June 30th.

Step into the Star Wars art universe and experience the force at our first ever Star Wars Art Show!

For generations George Lucas’ paragon has captivated a multitude of fans, while creatives have used characters and concepts as their muses.

Artists from galaxies far and wide will be showcasing their out of this world original works of art. Dark versus light, align with your side and add a galactic touch to your home by purchasing one of the creative Star Wars art pieces showcased.

Artists Invited include Steve Butcher, Bruttalist, Cosmo Cam, Andy Chambers, Marcus Cripps, Salvatore Ffiti, Billy Haines, Justin Harris, Adam Hays, Jay Joree, Thomas Kenney, Paul Marino, Emmanuel Mendoza, Chris Nieves, Jake Punzalan, Jordan Rain, Brian Reedy, Azha Sanders, Nick Sarich, and William Thidemann.

An artist reception will be held on Friday May 31st, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. with complimentary Andorran wine and Klatooine paddy frogs. Open to the public, please join us at the reception to meet the artists for personal insights into their striking work.

Visitors can stop in the gallery four days a week to view and add to your collection. All works are also available for sale online through our site www.blackmothgallery.com. You will not want to miss out on experiencing these one of a kind works in person.
